I was pleasantly surprised by the alternative room provided, which was clean, neat, and beautifully decorated with petals and tea candles. The hotel offers a gorgeous view and cozy atmosphere, ideal for a relaxing stay. However, the dining options were limited, and the location, though beautiful, was isolated, making it challenging to find alternative dining choices.
The hotel offers spacious and spotless rooms with brand new bedding, updated bathrooms, kitchens, and lovely balconies showcasing beautiful views. However, the layout of the rooms may feel a bit outdated. The service is warm and welcoming, from the front desk to the bartenders and housekeeping staff. The location provides the privacy needed for a relaxing getaway, with stunning pools, hammocks, and beach canopy beds. The dining options, while having typical waterfront hotel buffet fare, could benefit from more affordable meal choices.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The rooms were extremely clean and had many luxurious amenities, but unfortunately, they flooded during a sudden rainstorm, prompting us to request an extra 2 hours to dry our belongings. The service was friendly and helpful, and the staff even prepared a private table for us to celebrate our anniversary. The location was lovely, set in Southwest Puerto Rico, secluded with a beautiful beach, despite being a bit remote. The dining experience was enjoyable overall, although there were some issues with pricing and the variety of local food options.
